The Children and Young People’s West Midlands Diabetes Network will work together with children, young people and their families to ensure high quality care and support, to live a healthy & happy life.
The Children and Young People’s West Midlands Diabetes Network (CYPWMDN) will work to achieve the agreed aims and objectives by engaging with the full range of stakeholders including: Clinicians, Diabetes Nurses, Dietitians and Psychologists, Diabetes Service managers of member Trusts, Commissioners, Services Users, Women’s and Children’s Strategic Clinical Networks, the Research and Academic community, LEAs, the Voluntary Sector and local Networks/stakeholder groups where these exist.
