The Children and Young People’s Thames Valley Diabetes Network (CYPTVDN) covers a large geographical area, spanning across Berkshire County, (Royal Berkshire in the West, and Heatherwood & Wexham Park in the East), Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire.
The Thames Valley Network brings together key stakeholders in the provision of diabetes services, including: paediatric consultants, paediatric diabetes nurse specialists (PDNS), dietitians, psychologists, data managers, clinical managers, commissioners, parents of children with diabetes, and representatives from Diabetes UK and the local SCN.
