The CYPWDN Schools Group was set up in 2019 to address issues facing all teams in Wales with regards to schools. In addition to standardising relationships between paediatric teams and schools, the Schools Group is carrying forward work relating to the Additional Learning Needs Act and the rights of children with diabetes in schools.
