Staff from across Wales attended the training, identifying projects that will benefit them in their day-to-day provision of care to children and young people. Sample proposed projects include engaging with young people who miss clinic appointments and introducing virtual clinics.

The training day included an introduction to several quality techniques including process mapping. It also introduced key concepts such as the Model for Improvement, Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA) cycles, and managing change.
